After a 2-week trial, if the client believes our Autonomous Floor Cleaners can work within their business model, we discuss options for best integration, depending on the outcome they would like to achieve. There are 3 main options to consider, of which I have added below:
Main Issues: The floors are not being cleaned properly by the current cleaners. It is becoming too expensive to pay cleaners. Cleaners aren't reliable enough.
-
Utilise Cleaners: The robots are able to perform 80% of the floor cleaning work at a higher cleaning standard, saving significant capital that was spent on cleaners.
-
Employ cleaners to carry out spot cleans under tables and tight areas, with significantly less scope, resulting in less money spent on cleaners.
-
Cleaners clean the robot daily.
-
Cleaners are required to put chairs on tables, then perform spot cleans under tables where the robot can't access.
-
Utilise Staff: This will save the most money, but can be difficult to implement due to staff hours, and general push back from staff being required to clean.
-
Save money as well as improve the cleaning standard.
-
Staff move tables & chairs.
-
Staff clean under tables.
-
Staff cleans the robot daily.
-
Utilise Universal Robotics: Robot Run can negotiate a contract that includes robot cleaning and manual floor cleaning. Our team would utilise a hand-held battery floor scrubber to clean under tables and along wall edges.
-
Save money as well as improve cleaning.
-
Staff lifts chairs on tables at the end of the shift.
-
Robot Run staff, clean under tables using hand held battery scrubber.
-
Robot Run staff clean & maintain the robot.
