We have been very fortunate to work with many large reputable companies, with some valued in the billions of market capitalisation. A few notable mentions of which we are very proud to have worked with are SSP Group, Snap Fitness, Kestrel Coal, Hoyts Cinemas, Mounties Group, Western Truck Group and MyHealth.
Working with ARE, which has now merged into the SSP Group, we were the first company to install a Delivery Robot into an Australian Airport, at the Brisbane International Airport, in the Corretto Cafe. This started ARE/SSP on their autonomous solutions journey, as they have also recently started trials using our Autonomous Floor Scrubbers, to help raise the cleanliness of their venues and increase the consistency of their cleaning operations.
In 2025 we incorporated both Vacuums and Scrubbers into Snap Fitness Gyms in Victoria, with one of the larger franchise owners, seeing great benefits in having the robots clean twice daily, once at night, then again during day the when the gym experiences quieter periods. The best benefit reported from the franchisee, was the robots keeping the gyms clean 24/7, at the fraction of the cost to have cleaners attend the gyms twice daily.
Kestrel Coal was wanting to experiment with Autonomous Floor Cleaning in 2025, so we set them up with a 3-month trial, installing one of our medium sized scrubbers, for their staff to work with and assess the cleaning quality and operation. Given the fact the robot is operating on a coal mine, there were challenges to overcome given how dirty the environment is, as well as the corrosive nature of coal dust.
We learned a great deal through this trial, pushing our units to the limits to determine what is, and what is not possible for our scrubbers, to successfully clean these specific environments. After the 3-month trial was complete, we assessed the robots and the condition they were in upon their return to our warehouse. From there we have created a service plan, that will allow the robots to successfully operate within coal mine environments, understanding certain parts that will need to be replaced quarterly, in order to reduce the chance of a significant break down. The coal dust is very fine, and can work its way into the gearing system, if the robot is left un-serviced for an extended period of time. However, with the correct service plan in place, we have been able to overcome this issue.
The Mounties Group is one of the largest club groups in NSW, of which we have our delivery robots operating within their gaming floor, helping with food and beverage service, as well as removing dirty dishes and rubbish back to the bar. Since we started our robotics business in 2021, we have now become the largest supplier of robotic solutions to Clubs and RSLs in Australia, with a lengthy resume of venues in QLD, NSW & VIC. We worked closely with Leagues Clubs Australia, sponsoring them for 2 years, building relationships within the industry, and meeting some fantastic individuals, all with a strong sense of drive, growth and innovation within their industry.
The above cases are just a few companies and their brief stories to note. I will cover many other industries and business partners in other blogs, sharing our findings and outcomes so hopefully you can learn from our experiences, minus the headaches and countless hours of testing.
